Also, it's almost May which means Mental Health Awareness Month! In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month I started a Depression Support Group on Instagram! It's been so amazing and inspiring! If you are struggling with depression during this difficult time we'd LOVE to have you!!! It's an amazing positive environment that I think is really helpful! I mean, it's helped me! It's a place where we all value and respect each other with 0 judgement!
