Happy Easter BFFs! Hope you have a wonderful celebration! Sadly, we are still under Quarantine and fighting Covid-19 during this holiday so it's difficult to go through with many Easter traditions. Let's not let that get us down and try to be as positive and grateful as possible seeing as the reason for the holiday isn't large bunnies, Easter egg hunts, or candy but it is Jesus rising from the dead! Here are some Easter bible verses to put things into perspective during this strange Easter.
“Jesus replied, ‘The hour has come for the Son of Man to be glorified. Very truly I tell you, unless a kernel of wheat falls to the ground and dies, it remains only a single seed. But if it dies, it produces many seeds. Anyone who loves their life will lose it, while anyone who hates their life in this world will keep it for eternal life.” John 12:23-25
“Though the doors were locked, Jesus came and stood among them and said, ‘Peace be with you!’” - John 20:26
“Come, let us sing for joy to the LORD; let us shout aloud to the Rock of our salvation.” - Psalm 95:1
“This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us.” - 1 John 5:14

The last one is my favorite! He has risen! Let's rejoice even when we're in terrible times because the Bible tells us we can have joy and peace in ANY situation. I know it's easier said then done as a lot of us are in heart-wrenching situations but let's try!
